The Mabopane Islamic Centre, located at 533 Block D, is a significant project of the PNMEI reflecting a special focus on da'wah and education. The centre includes "Masjid Hafsah," with facilities for men & women to pray and receive instruction. Also on site, an Imām's quarters and a kitchen to feed the community and it's children. One meal is provided daily to all madrasah-going children and some learners transport is available for some learners. The centre also facilitates Nikāḥs (marriages) and coordinates burials. The Maktab conducts classes at different times to accommodate both adults and children, ensuring accessible Islamic education for the entire community.
